While striking back at the foe, can be very vulnerable as her guard is let down dramatically to boost her str (becomes 150%). After using special, def hits 0 for the rest of the battle and vit is reduced by 50%.

Chio is your typical high school girl - cheerful and loving, she is often found socializing and joking around. Not shy going towards strangers, she enjoys making new friends and acquaintances around the school. Easygoing, she expresses her feelings freely and can be quite a touchy person, which makes her often step in people's personal space. In fact, she is pretty naive idiot and would believe anything others tell her, thinking she has to learn from people everyday so it would make her more reliable and smarter as an upperclassman!! ...But she is a total idiot and often makes a fool of herself. Chio also always frequently has to ask her friends and classmates to teach her various subjects as she most of the time, has to retake additional quizzes and tests...

Despite seeming to be the very carefree type, Chio is actually quite serious when it comes to human relationships. Her double-edged honesty is well-known among other things and can cause a lot of damage, both to herself and to the people around her. In a sense, this is her way to show how much she cares about someone. Thus, Chio tends to say things straight-up instead of hiding things. Whenever she does that, her expression changes dramatically. She would rather not keep secrets from others, than leave secrets that would end up growing and hurting her friends even more.

History:
Chio is the only child of the Fukazawa family. She has been raised in a very normal and loving family and moved to the Kōchi prefecture during her childhood. At her 15th birthday, excited about the idea to go to high school for the first time, her parents decided to tell her a deep secret they've been keeping since her birth, deeming that she was mature enough to know about it: she is actually an adopted child. In fact, this wouldn't change anything and it was quite fine since she grew up with all the love she could ever ask for. Or so she tried to persuade herself.

However, was it really okay?

A few months later, her mother passed away from a sickness they hid from her, as they didn't want to make her even more worried, and most of all, sad.
But Chio didn't see this the same way as her parents. More secrets. I thought I was your precious child.. Pilling up ever since, she blew all her anger at her dad, who soon after moved to another town for his work, supposedly.

"Am I an unwanted child? Alone. Alone... I hate secrets." These insecurities slowly changed her heart and forged her deep fixation for honesty. Looking for a way out of this never ending maze, all that she could now ever ask for was to live once again an earnest life without this constant fear of hidden secrets and deception.
